Dr. Azzi sees patients in Palm Beach County and Martin County, Monday - Saturday for plastic surgery or cosmetic procedures of the face, nose, and neck.
Dr. Azzi’s primary office is located in Jupiter on the East side of Military Trail, just south of the intersection with Frederick Small Road in the Greenway Professional Center.
His second office is located in Palm City off of Martin Highway.
