Combined Procedures
Patients often ask about combining rhinoplasty with other procedures. One of the most commonly combined procedures is a chin implant. Not infrequently, patients will say that their nose is “too big.” This can be magnified if one has a “weak chin” – one that does not stick out far enough. This can give an overall shape to the face that highlights the distance the nose projects outward. By making subtle changes to the nasal shape and simultaneously increasing the distance the chin projects from the face, the overall facial shape can be dramatically improved.
